It means no shortcuts. We use traditional recipes and specific ingredient grades that defined these snacks back home. If it doesn't taste like the original, it doesn’t make the cut.
Our snacks are handmade in small batches, not mass-produced, so natural variations occur. These differences in colour and shape are proof of a real, authentic product.
Some products contain artificial colouring to match the original versions found in their home countries. Full ingredient and additive lists are on every product page.
Check each product page for specific allergen info. Our snacks are made in environments handling nuts, wheat, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee they are free from traces.
Most unopened packs stay fresh for up to 3 months. Once opened, we recommend eating them within 7 days.

Returns
Yes. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact orders@kula54.com to start the process.
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially eaten snacks unless the product is faulty. We do not offer refunds or returns based on personal taste preference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
