Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch Kula54 orders quickly and deliver them reliably.
The information below explains where we ship, how delivery works, and what to expect after placing an order.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

We do not currently ship to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • BFPO addresses
  • Channel Islands

International shipping is not available at this time, although we plan to introduce delivery to selected European countries in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your order value and selected delivery speed.

All deliveries include tracking and delivery confirmation.

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders over £30 automatically qualify for free standard delivery.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man may take slightly longer than mainland UK deliveries. Please allow 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Next Day Delivery

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered the working day after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimated rather than guaranteed.

Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • courier network delays
  • severe weather
  • high seasonal demand

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier service.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please check your tracking details first.

If you still require assistance, contact us at orders@kula54.com and we will investigate the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and outer parcel (if damaged)

Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • the parcel not being collected from the courier

we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order.

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will try to assist, however address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional Information

  • We do not currently offer pre-orders.
  • All products listed for sale are in stock and ready for dispatch.
  • Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery progress should be monitored using the tracking information provided.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us and we will assist.
